Jon Lyons, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Sotera Health Company (Nasdaq: SHC), a leading global provider of mission-critical end-to-end sterilization solutions and lab testing and advisory services for the healthcare industry, joined the company today. Mr. Lyons was Owens Corning’s (NYSE: OC) Vice President, Corporate FP&A.
Mr. Lyons formerly led Owens Corning’s $3.7 billion Insulation and $2.7 billion Composites businesses as Vice President and Finance leader. Former corporate treasurer. After starting in public accounting, Mr. Lyons had senior leadership responsibilities in treasury, FP&A, investor relations, and tax at Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH) for eight years.
Mr. Lyons has an M.B.A. from Ohio State and a B.S. in Accounting from Kent State.
